Purchase of an entire shipping company.
During the lasts months has our maritime consultant team been working on-behalf of a ship owner /customer that had the intention to buy an entire shipping company. Our assignment included to make Company-analysis, Assets-valuations, Engagement-Letter, Offer-letter, Preparation for negotiations and also to make all contracts regarding the purchase of the company.
