6 sessions – including the following elements:
- Acting as a sounding board for CVs, invited and speculative applications, use of networks, contact techniques, job seeking strategy and advice on current matters.
12 sessions – including the following elements:
- Acting as a sounding board for CVs, invited and speculative applications, use of networks, job seeking strategy, potential job seeking opportunities, advice on current matters, interview training with an in-house consultant and personality testing which can be used to clarify strong sides and opportunities for development.
All processes are based on one-on-one discussions with an experienced consultant who acts as a professional sparring partner for the job seeking process. The job seeking process is based on a personal action plan which is evaluated and adjusted regularly.
