Loading operating (reefervessel) Faroe Island
M/V TAMA STAR arrived in Kollafjord on the 14.07.10 for loading Atlantic Herring. Faroe Maritime Services has made the recruitment of stevedores for this operation. A round 80 Stevedore have been working on two shift one day shift and a night shift.

M/S Havtind in port of Torshavn
To day big fishing trawler M/S Havtind enter the port of Torshavn. FMS was pointed as portagent for M/S Havtin at Aker Seafood . M/S Havtind needed some basic supplies and provisions, fuel oil and some fishing gear from Vónin.

Svitzer Trym under Faroes Flag
The China new built tug Svitzer Trym is now under Faroes Flag. The Tug is operation in Scandinavia after a long delivery voyage from Qingdao. The tug is stationed in Sweden. Svitzer Trym is an ice strengthened multipurpose tug fitted with large towing winches.
